Empathy...

I get it. I've been there. Whether you're out of work, or you feel under appreciated, under compensated, or feel underwater... Whether you just want to see what else is out there, or you're concerned with your job security... Put a check mark next to each one of those because I've been there... been at all of those dark and ugly places. I know the thoughts that run your through your mind... the doubts, the stresses. I've had those doubts and I've felt the stress. None of those places is fun, and I understand it.  I get you. Things will get better.

We can't promise you a job. No one likes to hear that, but it's true. The truth is that it's a competitive job market, with lots of different companies looking for lots of different things.. But what we can do is MAXIMIZE your chances of getting hired.

But here's what else I'll do: With your permission I can share your resume with other recruitment agencies who I trust. Your life and career shouldn't be a competition between who gets the biggest fee. You need to work. You need to eat and pay the bills. Who am I to step in the way?
