It all started when...
I was sitting on the couch and feeling a bit overwhelmed over the phrase, "changing the world." I sit on the couch quite often, but I don't often feel overwhelmed. But the idea of changing the world on that particular evening struck me. Changing the world can be intimidating and paralyzing. It's too big. The problems are so many and so complex and giant. How can one make a dent?
Then I took a step back. What if the problems were a mosaic. Overall it can be vast and intimidating, but if it's broken down tile by tile, one can see the chips, the blemishes, and the cracks on a much smaller and more controllable level. It becomes less intimidating.
As I was thinking of improving my business and recruiting in general, I realized two things: Firstly, recruiting agencies in general have a reputation only slightly better than politicians. Secondly, what if I could use recruitment to help solve some of the problems we face.
